Setes.ai, LLC ("Setes.ai," "we," "us," or "our") provides online tools that help users analyze, improve, and prepare resumes, cover letters, interview materials, and other job-search documents.

• Resume and Career Documents. Resumes, cover letters, employment histories, education information, skills, certifications, and other documents or information that you upload, create, store, or submit through the Service. Resume and career documents may contain personal information that you choose to include, such as employment history, education, certifications, volunteer activities, professional affiliations, or other personal details. In some cases, materials you submit may contain information that is considered sensitive under certain privacy laws, such as information relating to religious affiliations, union membership, health conditions, or similar matters.
• Job Descriptions and Related Materials. Job descriptions and related materials that you provide, including text that you paste into the Service and screenshots or images of job postings that you upload.
• Interview and Application Materials. Interview responses, notes, and other content you choose to create, upload, or store through the Service.
• Communications. Information you provide when you contact us, submit support requests, respond to surveys, provide feedback, or otherwise communicate with us.
• Payment and Billing Information. Information necessary to process purchases and subscriptions. Payment transactions are processed by Stripe, and we do not store complete payment card numbers. We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, passport numbers, or other government-issued identification numbers as part of the ordinary operation of the Service.

Information Generated Through Your Use of the Service

When you use the Service, we may generate information based on the materials you provide and the features you use, including:

• Resume analyses, evaluations, and recommendations;
• Resume scores and related assessment results;
• Cover letters, interview preparation materials, and other AI-generated content;
• Interview feedback and analyses;
• Application tracking records and activity history; and
• Other content, insights, or outputs generated through your use of the Service.

Information Collected Automatically

When you access or use the Service, certain information may be collected automatically, including:

• IP address;
• Browser type and version;
• Device type and operating system;
• Language preferences and device settings;
• Usage information, including pages viewed, features used, interactions, and session activity;
• Log data, including access times, error reports, and diagnostic information; and
• Information collected through cookies, local storage, and similar technologies used to operate, secure, improve, and analyze the Service.

We do not collect precise GPS location information through the Service.

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing

The Service uses artificial intelligence and other automated technologies to analyze information that users provide and to generate content, recommendations, and other Service outputs.

For example, we may use automated tools to:

• Analyze resumes and other career-related documents;
• Compare resumes against job descriptions provided by users;
• Generate resume scores, recommendations, and suggested revisions;
• Generate cover letters and other job-search materials;
• Generate interview preparation content and feedback; and
• Process screenshots or images uploaded by users to extract text for use within the Service.

If you upload a screenshot or image of a job posting, the image may be processed by an artificial intelligence service provider to extract the text contained in the image. The extracted text may be stored within your account and used to provide Service features. Uploaded images are used solely for purposes of providing the Service.

Setes.ai does not use your resumes, job descriptions, screenshots, interview recordings, or other user content to train artificial intelligence models owned by Setes.ai.

We may use third-party service providers to support artificial intelligence and automated processing features. Such providers may process information on our behalf solely for the purpose of providing services to Setes.ai and its users.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for legitimate business and operational purposes, including to provide, maintain, improve, secure, and support the Service.

Specifically, we may use information to:

• Create, maintain, and administer user accounts;
• Authenticate users and provide access to the Service;
• Process resumes, job descriptions, screenshots, and other user-submitted content;
• Analyze resumes and compare resumes to job descriptions provided by users;
• Generate resume scores, recommendations, cover letters, interview preparation materials, and other Service outputs;
• Process purchases, subscriptions, payments, refunds, and related transactions;
• Communicate with users regarding accounts, transactions, support requests, product updates, and Service-related notices;
• Respond to inquiries, feedback, and customer support requests;
• Monitor, analyze, and improve the functionality, performance, and user experience of the Service;
• Detect, prevent, investigate, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Service;
• Maintain records related to business operations and legal compliance;
• Enforce our agreements and protect the rights, safety, and security of Setes.ai, our users, and others; and
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and governmental requests.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, research, product improvement, and other lawful business purposes. Aggregated or de-identified information does not identify you personally.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

• Service Providers. We may share information with third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers that help us operate the Service, including providers of hosting, data storage, email delivery, customer support, security, analytics, and artificial intelligence services.
• Payment Processing. Payment transactions are processed by Stripe and other payment service providers we may use from time to time. These providers receive the information necessary to process transactions but are not authorized to use your information for their own independent purposes except as permitted by law and their agreements with us.
• Legal Compliance and Protection. We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, court order, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, safety, and security of Setes.ai, our users, or others.
• Business Transactions. If Setes.ai is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or other corporate transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements.
• With Your Direction or Consent. We may share information when you direct us to do so or otherwise consent to the sharing.
• Aggregated Data. We may also disclose aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Setes.ai does not share your resumes, job descriptions, interview materials, or other user-submitted content with employers unless you direct us to do so.

Privacy Rights and Requests

Depending on where you reside and the circumstances of your relationship with Setes.ai, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. Privacy rights vary by jurisdiction, and not all rights apply in all locations.

Access, Review, and Correction. You may request access to the personal information associated with your account that we maintain. You may also request that we review, update, correct, or supplement personal information that you believe is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

Certain information may also be reviewed and updated directly through your account settings.

Deletion Requests. You may request deletion of your account and personal information that we maintain. Upon receipt of a verified request, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify your personal information, subject to applicable legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, recordkeeping, contractual, and other lawful obligations that may require or permit us to retain certain information.

Residents of certain states may have privacy rights under applicable law regarding personal information that businesses collect, maintain, or process. Setes.ai will consider and respond to privacy-related requests in accordance with applicable law.

International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access or use the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, processed in, and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where Setes.ai or its service providers operate.

Information that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it can no longer reasonably be associated with you may be retained and used for lawful business purposes.

The Service is intended only for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information.
